Digital Product Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing your ebook at Vedic Path. We want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience while you explore, evaluate, and purchase our ebooks.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Vedic Path. We’ll make it clear when you make a purchase with us that there are certain policies you should be aware of. Because our ebooks are digital products delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.
If you receive your order and feel that the product(s) you have purchased do not match your expectations or have technical issues, we want to make things right. Below are the circumstances under which we would offer a refund:
Refund Conditions
- Non-delivery of Product: Due to some mailing issues, you do not receive a delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the product, Vedic Path may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item.
- Download Issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Vedic Path recommends that you contact the support team for assistance with the download.
- Irreparable Defects or Severe Technical Issues: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval of your refund request.
- Product not as Described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check the free samples (if available), the product description, and screenshots of each type of the product offered before making a purchase.
Limitations
- Contact us within 7 days: If you intend to request a refund, please make sure to do so within 7 days of the purchase date.
- No Refunds on Discounted Products: If the item was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price, we do not offer refunds on sale items.
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@vedicquest.in with your receipt or proof of purchase, along with a detailed explanation of the issue. Once refund is Processed it will be credited in your bank account within 5-7 business working days

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
